1- Ship Management Leveraging company-owned port facilities, LITAT Group owns and operates several vessels. LITAT’s shipping activities, carried out through Richard Shipping Co Ltd, were launched in 2002 with the acquisition of a 27,000mt-vessel to handle the Group’s consignments to key markets. Since then, freight management has proven to be a basic value-added service that helps LITAT offer its client flexible and reliable logistics.We have recently acquired another general cargo vessel that handles the Group’s consignment to our key market: M/V Lady Anastasia, a 25,000mt vessel.Our regular transportation itineraries: Black Sea ports, Mediterranean regional ports, North African ports, and Arab Gulf Peninsula ports.

2- Forwarding Services Managing the complexities of shipping operations We offer extensive forwarding services that cover the entire supply chain process from production to loading point. Since its inception in 1997, “Inter-transit-2 LLC” has been a member of the IFFU (International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine). Our services include among others: • Cargo quantity control • Follow up on railway cars and related official documentation • Issue of FCRs (Forwarder’s Certificate of Receipt) • Customs handling formalities • Issue of shipping documents & certificates • Monitor tasks of inspection companies • Shipment cargo management 3- Avlita Medicine: Fumigation Services Through “Avlita Medicine” we offer pest infestation fumigation services for general cargo and container vessels. Our fumigation specialists are licensed, state-certified, and highly trained to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
